  • Standard Rate Reservations:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 14 to 7 days or on the day of check-in will incur a 100% charge.

  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.


  • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:

  • Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes.



  • Group Bookings (3 or more rooms):
  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made within 15 to 7 days of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount..


  • Peak Season / Holiday Periods:
  • During peak seasons or holiday periods, cancellations must be made at least 20 days in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 20-15 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days or on the day of check-in will incur a 100% charge.

  • Refund Process
  • Valid Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20-30 business days of the approved cancellation request, depending on bank processing times.
